o Manage Branch staff especially sales team in terms of follow-up and development of the sales skills in order to achieve the goals of the company.o Manage the various aspects of the regional business by directing the activities of customers and distributors to achieve annual sales quotas and business goals.o Develop & maintain working relationships with purchasing contacts & resolve customer problemso Planning and implementation to achieve growth in market share by continuing to work with the sales and to search for new customers o Regional sales by preparing sales reports, and update new customer data and ensure their continuity through follow-up work and training courses on the products to be promoted.o Follow all the financial and banking transactions and dates of collection of the branch sales and solving the problems for everything related to the branch.
