* Offering general administrative support. * Reviewing the government gazette and tender websites for possible tender opportunities. * Preparing tender documentation accordingly. * Applying Medikredit Nappi codes. * Processing supplier invoices for payment. * Utilising suppliers from preferred supplier list. * Overseeing stock movement. * Managing stocktakes in collaboration with Equipment Managers. * Ordering marketing material according to assigned brief. * Maintaining all marketing material's stock levels, i.e., brochures, notepads, pens, folders, product cd's, etc. * Ordering new stock when reaching minimum stock levels. * Developing marketing material to sales staff. * Organising business travel request (BTR) for Accounts Managers, Marketing Managers, Business Unit Managers and Field Support Services.
