* Process sales and purchases in the purchases & sales journal on Pastel. * Process receipts and payments in the cashbook on Pastel. * Process Petty cash receipts and payments. * Do a Bank and Petty cash reconciliation on Pastel. * Reconcile creditors and debtors. * General ledger reconciliation. * Make out quotations. * Make invoices and pass credit notes if necessary. * Compile financial statements in accordance with IFRS for SMEs. * Prepare monthly management accounts for small enterprises and NEF funded clients. * Payroll management (Sage VIP) EMP201, EMP501 Recons and producing IRP5 * Computation of VAT. * SARS registration and submission of returns (VAT 201, Income tax (ITR14), PAYE etc.) * CIPC Company registration and submission of annual returns. * Liaise with clients and suppliers telephonically. * Liaise with the FSCA for insurance brokers. * Electronic filing in folders and hardcopy filing in office arch files.
