Malesela was appointed as the Shaft manager at Seriti Mine called Newdenmark colliery looking after Central shaft. During this time, Malesela Utilized Management Operating System (MOS) to drive results and Central shaft achieved annual budget production tons within 12 months without fatality or major injuries. The shaft is currently functioning at its optimal capability.

Working for Seriti Resourse is a great pleasure. Being a 3.1 appointees for Central shaft, Okhozini shaft and North shaft combined has been a great pleasure. I strongly believe in the management operating system (MOS) which runs on lean principles to drive results. I strongly believe that successfully application of "Lean principles in mining "will drive the required results and lead to successful organization.
