Coordination of an international conference (ISER) and general office work

Working in a company that provides catering and event planning services for various occasions (e.g. concerts, weddings, birthday parties, meetings and company parties). In addition to waitressing, duties include assisting in event planning and coordination.

Conference Assistant in two international conferences: - Insights into applied linguistics: languaging, agency and ecologies (4.-7.6.2012) - Low Educated Second Language and Literacy Acquisition (28.8.–1.9.2012) Work included preparatory tasks before the conferences and various tasks during the conferences (e.g. guidance at the information desk and organisational tasks concerning facilities and technology).
