Corporate Finance side:- Optimising the financial structure of the organisation (capital allocation, review of existing hedging arrangements, etc)- Analyse risk exposures for AXA IM and ensure the exposure of the business is in line with the appetite set by the Board.- Maintain competitive watch of the asset management industry (analysis of listed asset managers as well as M&A transactions)- Identify and analyze potential M&A opportunities from a strategic fit point of view- Manage legal restructuring initiatives and transversal strategic projects- Execute AXA IM M&A deals and development/restructuring/partnerships projectsRegulatory side:- Preparation of financial models and forecasts for the business for purposes of ICAAP.- Preparing financial models to perform stress testing based on market, business and operational risk.- Assessing impact of new regulations (CRD IV, AIFMD, Changes to UK GAAP, RDR) on the business and suggesting appropriate recommendations to management.- Undertaking ad hoc one off type projects for finance Show less
