● Serves as the primary contact for IT support, providing level 1 and level 2 support.● Providing both remote and on-site technical support for all Samsung branches in the country.● Install, configure, and maintain a vast array of IT environments and systems including LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, Firewalls, Servers, Storage, Cloud services and End-User support.● Installation, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices as needed.● Administers usernames, passwords, and security credentials for staff and reset, as required.● Ensures network connectivity of all workstations and devices.● Provide training on information technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, mobile devices, productivity applications, and other technical equipment.● Tracks, escalates, follows up and resolves system issues with service providers.
