Responsible for supporting organization-wide programs and processes that align the workforce with key business strategies and driving outcomes involving employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, organizational design, and diversity and inclusion.

Provides leadership and support to furthering Patterson Companies Talent Management initiatives. Leads organization-wide efforts to assess and identify training needs, design and develop employee education/training programs, organize and facilitate classroom-based training and evaluate program effectiveness. Specific areas of focus include: leadership/management training, performance management, employee career development, and other programs designed to enhance employee capability and effectiveness and attain a high-performance workplace culture.

Identifies/develops systems and processes that allow for the execution of key talent management strategies to acquire, develop and retain talent. Strategies include: talent assessment and selection, performance management, career development, organizational learning and succession planning. Leads a team of specialists focused on identifying and developing talent acquisition strategies, services, partners with stakeholders to fully understand the business and key talent needs, and provides consulting on talent management best-practices and programs to assigned business unit, acting as a liaison between business unit and Center of Excellence to ensure alignment and to drive organizational effectiveness.

Provides organization-wide services through partnering with strategic business unit leaders and HR partners to drive initiatives for improved organizational effectiveness. Responsible for supporting the corporate talent acquisition and talent management strategies including recruiting and selection, high potential identification and succession planning, and training needs assessment and development processes.

Assist in the strategic development and planning of Alumni events across the Nation. Provides survey implementation and analysis expertise to Alumni Events Director and staff. Assists in creating engaging, beneficial Alumni events for the MSU Alumni community.

Provided consulting services to businesses including the assessment and identification of organizational issues; provided recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness that aligned with business goals and objectives. Conducted surveys, assessments, job analyses.

Enrolled in the Industrial/Organizaitonal Psychology Master's program. Receiving experience in various applications of aspects of psychology in the workplace including: Job Analysis, Statistics, Selection & Recruitment, Stress Management, Organizational Development, Performance, Training and Development, etc.

HR Intern: Assist HR team in a number of functions - Recruitment and Selection of new employees, enhance the existing Orientation process, develop and implement a custom Training Program, refine and alter HR Policy Manual, develop an HR User's Manual for ATS (Microsoft Great Plains).
