* Processes cash payments, accepts deposits, clearing cheques. * Processes Demand drafts Cashier’s order, transfer applications and special clearing cheques. * Handle all customer complaints related to branch ATM. * Handles general customer quires and redirecting them as appropriate to other staff. * Ensures through personal example, that Bank provides a high quality service as required. * Handles local and foreign currency cash and providing ranging unit teller services to the customers. * Handles sale and purchases of foreign currency notes, Traveler’s cheques including assisting customers in preparation of vouchers. * Collect retained cards from the branch ATM on daily basis and balance them with the journal tapes for delivery to the branch manager
