I mainly assist the local Denver sales team with various tasks such as entering orders, pulling invoices, printing Broadcast Contracts, entering Production Orders, help build portfolios, and manage a few clients on a smaller scale. I work mainly in the computer programs of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Marketron, NexGen, Vcreative, and Efficio. I also attend Promotions Meetings and assist with any marketing or event coordination that comes my way.

I scheduled and billed commercials on all six radio stations of our Denver market. I worked mainly in the computer programs of Marketron, Vcreative and NexGen. I also took on some tasks to help out the sales staff. I have entered their sales contracts into Marketron and have place Product Orders in Vcreative for their contracts.

I mainly assisted promotional events for KS 107.5 and 104.3 The Fan. I also wrote a couple commercial spots for some of the radio personalities. I worked very closely with the promotions and programming department for KS 107.5 and 104.3 The Fan.

I planned and prepped Alpha Phi's Fall Recruitment.

I was an intern for an outdoor-related reality television show. My tasks included prepping the safety management binders for the various shooting locations, purchasing props and survival supplies, and transcribing video and interview footage.

* Primary Responsibilities: * Responsible for engaging with senior procurement executives by telephone, email, or written communication, regarding their membership. * Manages the onboarding activities for assigned members, including product demonstrations and training webinars. * Responsible for executing agreed upon renewal plan. * Partners with and supports Account Manager by scheduling renewal membership calls, meetings, and details, regarding maximizing, increasing, and continuing their membership. * Manages member requests, such as, logins, content search, networking and other requests. * Gathers and records member testimonials, in partnership with Acct. Manager. * Responsible for capturing client activity report/information for communication to Acct. Manager * Updates CRM database (Salesforce.com) daily, maintaining all relevant client information, and creates usage statistic/related reports. * Provides any other assistance necessary in support of the account management process, including travel and accommodation.
