I had worked for FirstChoice /Thomson since 9th July 2001.I have worked in a few different branches and I can say I am a team player. I am multi skilled in selling holidays, answering and booking holidays through our virtual call centre and also buying and selling foreign currency. I am also audit conscious and can adapt to new policies and procedures. I have a good knowledge of all holidays from beach to cruise to long haul but I have a passion for the United States of America, I have completed the BrandUSA discovery programme, I have also completed various other agent training programmes which I have taken the initiative to work on from home in my own time to enhance my knowledge. I have on my own family holidays visited Orlando, Chicago and New York, we are also currently planning next years trip to Los Angeles and San Francisco. I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of 100 travel agents for the 2016 BrandUSA Megafam in May where I visited Orlando, St Augustine, Amelia Island, the golden Isles, Savannah and Charlotte and then for the amazing finale over to the gorgeous Huntington Beach in Los Angeles.I was also lucky enough to have been selected to be part of this years MegaFam and I had the amazing time of visiting Pittsburgh,Columbus,Cincinnti, Louieville, Indianapolis and then my favourite city Chicago.
