Currently a production worker with one year of experience in confectionary food production. I'm well versed in GMP and HACCP. I live teamwork, and am currently searching for employment with a company who will take my talents, and my ability to quickly learn and utilize new concepts to help propel my team and the company to greater success. While employed with my current job, amount of complaints went down nearly 20% lower than the projected/predicted endeavor; quality of finished product improved by 35% as a direct result of my sharp eye for detail, and ability to motivate those around me by improving morale, and adding additional training where necessary.
