Professional Appearance, Use of PPE (safety goggles, hardhat, steel toe boots, gloves & earplugs) Sweeping & Mopping (hallways, break room, quality assurance lab) with proper color coded equipment & chemicals, scrub off mold in effected areas, removal of all trash & cardboard, cut plastic off all pallets when needed, remove & restack all leaky boxes from pallets, set up drums for reworking all juice products (place drums on pallets, double bag drums, place strainer on top, fill up to a limit, use wire ties to close & seal drums), use a pallet jack on all cardboard & reworked drums, operate a de-palletizer (cut straps & neatly form a bow for disposal, use touch screen computer to remove dunnage & pallets, make sure line runs smoothly by picking up fallen bottles on a fast moving line & trouble shooting all other problems that may occur during operation.
