Delivered substantial CTF addition to the company and complete portfolio for those 5 countries.• Valparaíso y Chiloé Project – A Vacuum Cleanner program consisting of 3 cannister models with bagless and bagged technology, launched to Chilean Market in Mar/2022.• Patagonia Project – A SDA program consisting of 3 Blenders, 1 Sport blender and 2 Steam irons launched to Chilean market in Jan/2022.

Attributions, projects and results:• Development of two new refrigerator compressor supplier with a 12,5% decrease in costs for 82% of Electrolux compressor’s sales in Brazil.• Masterlux top load washing machines gearbox cost reduction of 15% (8kg model), 27% (11kg model) and 29% (14-17kg model). Resulting in 31% gross net sales increase in 2021. • Register consolidation and universalization of washing machines drain pumps, resulting in 113% of gross net sales increase in 2021, thanks to a cost reduction of 50% in average.• Workflow elaboration to standardize consumer care product development, diminishing bureaucracy and time loss during the process.• Link between consumer care and R&D for Patriot Project.

• Product development focal point for powertrain systems for forestry equipment, separated in two groups: mechanic and hydrostatic systems; responsible for components such as gearbox, drive axles, differentials, wheel drive; hydraulic motors, hydraulics drives, hydraulic pumps.• Developed, dimensioned, simulated (FEA software), projected, assembled and carried on tests regarding shaft and undercarriage prototypes for heavy equipment as material handlers (also known as wheel excavators – ranging from 25 to 45 tons.)• Projected a cabin elevation system.• Dimensioned and projected hydraulic cylinders for steering, oscillating and stabilization mechanisms.• Projected hydraulic and electro-hydraulic swivels, usable in the rotation of cabins.

Assignments, projects and results: • Product development supervisor for power transmission components as roller chains, belts, bearings and hydraulic systems as pumps, motors and valve controls. • Experience of thirty days in China, performing commercial visits and supplier audits in current partners and possible new ones, totalizing twenty-seven companies, in eight provinces and eighteen cities. Main accomplishments of the period: maintenance of imported products price, despite the great variation of China’s price because of the new government regulations (2017), validation of six new suppliers for the hydraulic and mobil components, standardization of imported products packages produced in different suppliers. • Quality control supervisor for agricultural, automotive and general industry mobil products.• Conducted negotiations with international suppliers and partners in Brazil and in China.• Technical support to customers and to the commercial department for motorcycle, agricultural and industrial products.• Product development and application, encompassing technical visits to final and intermediary customers• Responsible for the Inmetro certification process for motorcycle spare parts, according to the ABNT (Brazilian Technical Norm Association) norm (16427:2016)
