There's A Beer For That is a cross-category initiative by Britain's Beer Alliance and funded by AB InBev to reignite Britain's love of beer, launched Oct 2014. I am responsible for all aspects of the social and digital strategy to increase the beer category by 1%.

Devised and led ASOS' award-winning exclusive influencer advocacy program - #AccessAllASOS, which increased influencer posts about ASOS by 45% with zero payments to influencers.

Fubra Ltd is an online publishing company specialising in creating popular consumer driven websites through original content and search engine optimisation. As PR Manager I established a press department for a network of 100+ websites with 6.5m unique visitors per month, including setting up and maintaining successfully integrated online, offline and social media press strategies. During my time at Fubra unique visitors to key websites increased by up to 800%, I secured national front page newspaper headlines, online news coverage, regular radio and TV interviews including all local BBC radio, BBC 5Live, Radio 2 and Radio 4, and live studio and location interviews for BBC News Channel, Sky, GMTV and ITV.

Lead social strategist for Africa, a 5 part primetime BBC One natural history programme that aired Jan 2013, produced by the Natural History Unit and fronted by David Attenborough. Working to the BBC One RBM Account Director and Planning Director, I pitched comms and digital content ideas for the series, and then worked with a social media writer to plot effective social media content across appropriate platforms over a 2 month period. As well as strategy and content planning, my role included measurement and drawing up the final social report.

* Somethin' Else is a digital production agency with a broadcast history. The company has 4 main departments - digital, TV, radio and talent. As Senior Digital Development Producer my role was to find and win new business for the digital department, which included mobile and web apps, online games, social campaigns and multiplatform projects for brands, broadcasters and marketing agencies. During my time at Somethin' Else I worked on high profile, high value pitches for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Arts and secured a £200,000 government grant for commercial R&D for 3D audio mobile games. Core responsibilities: * Responding to incoming briefs * Holding creative brainstorms * Writing up pitch documents & client project proposals * Leading and participating in company pitches * Actively finding new digital briefs Additional responsibilities: * Devising and operating a company-wide digital marketing strategy. * Leading new peoject PR and marketing strategies for Somethin' Else projects. * Improving Somethin' Else new business and development processes.

Rabbit is a digital creative communications agency specialising in social media, digital production and integrated marketing and PR. I co-founded Rabbit, from company registration to daily running of a 7 person agency and, in an account director capacity, lead projects for BBC 5 Live, MORETH>N, Gatwick Airport, MBT, Ford Insure and Shelter, as well as advising all Rabbit clients on digital tools and projects. With a special interest in new business, I was involved in 13 consecutive successful pitches, and our agency competitive pitch rate when I left was 100%. Rabbit had an informal agreement with top 10 advertising agency DLKW Lowe whereby we provided consulting services in return for office space and facilities, meaning that I’ve also worked on strategy, planning, pitches and campaigns for Halifax, Morrisons, thetrainline.com, Tena, Moben, The Daily Mirror and Merlin (Chessington, Alton Towers).
