Working in finance, operations and administrative role for a 250 person engineering consultancy firm based in Sydney, Australia.In this position, I am responsible for:- Valuing company for private sale of shares using three valuation methodologies (comparable companies, precedent transactions and DCF)- Reorganizing corporate structure setting up holding company and establishing an Employee Share Option scheme- Overseeing and managing project management software migration across the whole firm- Designing and creating administrative spreadsheets and operational process flow charts- Engaging with new software, Bluebeam, to make edits and drawings on PDF files
