I started in the mailroom and performed administrative duties, was promoted to a Customer Service Associates where I received phone call and entered claims into our system. Shortly after that I was promoted to a Claim Processor where I processed claims to conclusion that were entered in the system from my prior role. I was then promoted to Claims Team Lead where I was a Subject Matter Expert in all things claims. My current position is a Trainers where I can now utilized all my skills sets and experiences to motivate and ensure our new hires understand our business acumen and provide Remarkable Customer Service.
