Manage a team of Musculoskeletal Out Patient Physiotherapist.

Working with high level and elite athletes is such a privilege and a challenge. As a key element of the multi-disciplinary medical team under the human performance, my role is to augment driver performance and wellbeing have also grown. My role as a Physiotherapist are ideally placed within the motor-racing team to help develop young drivers/F1 testing drivers/F1 drivers talent and perform a regular neuromusculoskeletal screening. In conjunction with the sports scientist,strength and conditioning coaches,psychologist,sports nutritionist,it is my job to design programme to maximise the drivers performance potential. I have recently been appointed to screen all 35 P1 GTR drivers, to build a programme to ensure high level of performance is maintained and achieved.
