Support Site Director with program management of SMASH: Stanford site and New SMASH Site Initiatives. LPFI is currently expanding impact of SMASH programming to UC Davis and potentially other programs in the near future. Work with Mr. Olatunde Sobomehin and his team to develop and deliver curriculum for the Life Speaking course at SMASH Academy. Lead 2-3 sessions with other teaching assistants andwith the support of the residential staff. Create a positive atmosphere before, during and after the class sessions; act as a role model. Track student progress weekly and compile cumulative grades at end of class. Attend all training sessions and weekly planning meetings with Life Speaking Team to SMASH scholars and exhibit professionalism.
