Started with one developer and grew to three verticals - GDFN, Retail and Card Packaging. GDFN responsibilities included onboarding/offboarding competitor prepaid products and processing networks. Retail responsibilities included Card creation, Card quality assurance and testing, packaging review and approval, retail testing (ex. Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, RiteAid, 7-Eleven, Circle K, etc.), and network support for transactional processing. Development environment uses .NET Service Oriented Architecture leveraging Web Services, SOAP, and XML/XSLT. Green Dot went public in 2010 at NYSE (GDOT).
