Monitor and manage liner/SSL Equipment (loaded and empty equipment); Provide customers with timely empty equipment instructions; Ensure that the equipment moves of all containers are updated correctly and daily; Monitor volume levels of empty containers at the various depots; Monitor allocation utilization at CN Rail and request for added allocation when required; Work with local dray carriers to ensure empties are evacuated from the various depots; Issue daily equipment report to SSL;Issue instructions to depot for the acceptance of the containers; Report damaged equipment to SSL and issue invoice for repairs as required; Issue demurrage and detention invoice and assist in the resolution of disputed invoices;Work with CN Rail and port ops for the evac of empties via rail, other SSLs and off dock facilities.
