Soon after commencing at The Hair Institute as a hair technician – after being poached from my former hair care role – I was asked to take on the recruitment and training of hair replacement specialists.

Progressing from a fully qualified hairdresser (trained in a 4 year apprenticeship). Keraton Hair Clinic was where I progressed into a hair technician and was trained the art and science of hair replacement.

In this Melbourne based hair replacement clinic I founded and continue to manage, I’ve established long-lasting client relations based on personalised customer service in hair care for old and new clients alike. At A Touch of Hair, it’s all about customer service that’s focused as much on the emotional/psychological effects of hair replacement as it is on the physical. Each hair care customer feels considered and prioritised. All our hair technicians have been recruited and trained to provide service delivery excellence in hair care. I oversee all aspects of hair replacement / hair care operations. From appointments, managing accounts and upholding QA standards, to recruiting and training like-minded hair care specialists and marketing.
