I successfully managed a $22M Harte Hanks fulfillment facility for nearly 5 years. Managed five Director level management direct reports, 70 indirect reports and 80+ contractors.* Prepared and presented a proposal to receive a 4-year $20MM Pharmaceutical client contract in January 2012.* Trained in Lean Manufacturing and applied Lean principles across various areas within the unit to save over $115k in Q4 2012/Q1 2013.* Developed Pricing Model for the Fulfillment Group in Harte Hanks utilizing time studies, current contracts, vendor contracts, supply pricing and current labor models in Q1 2014.* Prepared, presented and launched 2 new clients in May 2014 for 3-year contracts totaling over $4.5MM.* Lead audits in the facility for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Kansas Department of Agriculture (KDA) and the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) in 2015.* Lead audits in the facility for NSF twice (semi-annual audits) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in 2016.

Managed three management direct reports, 16 indirect reports and 80+ contractors.* Lead the implementation of Call Center and Data Entry consolidation across multiple Harte Hanks locations including the Manila location in the Philippines. Estimated savings $300k.* Lead system consolidation efforts to minimize production systems in use and licensing fees. Estimated savings $130k.

Managed two management direct reports with 7 other direct reports, 10 indirect reports and 80+ contractors.* Implemented Data Services Request system and process which streamlined requests. Estimated savings $60k.* Worked with Business Development to secure new business opportunities, and grow existing accounts. Proposals participated in generated an additional $12MM of annualized revenue.* Managed a large customer recall in the pharmaceutical space which minimized customer impact and increased Harte Hanks revenue by $12M. Recommended and chosen carrier service saved customer over $42M.

Managed two teams of direct reports: Customer Solutions Managers and Systems Developers.* Lead a team of six project managers that managed over 25 big logo clients in the retail, pharmaceutical and financial space. Total annualized revenue was over $56M managed by the team. * Received Corporate Process Improvement Award in 2006.* Received Corporate Outstanding Unit Employee Award in 2007.* Received Corporate Outstanding Unit Employee Award in 2008*. *First person to receive back to back years.* Successfully managed group of technology staff during a corporate downsizing.
