Duties include: --Exam Planning: Planning exams and seating of +- 1500 students for +- 35 programmes for Cape Town, East London and Port Elizabeth learning centres Venue booking and plan the seating layout Invigilator interviews, hiring and training Handle cheating incidents and any other irregularities during the examination sessions Travel to various regions to conduct training on exam process --Recruitment: Ensure intake target is reached --Assessments: Receive, capture and allocate assignments to markers Verify results Monitor 10 step marking process from start to finish (from receiving the assignment to sending the marked assignment back to students) --Admin: Day to day student support service --Graduation: Travel to Head Office to assist with graduation preparation and execution
