Lisa began her real estate career in 2005 after many years in the restaurant business, where she developed her strengths in customer service and people skills. In addition, Lisa spent 10 years working as an operations manager in the medical field supporting providers, and problem solving on a daily basis. It is in all this work that she finds her passion for helping people. Working as a real estate agent and Realtor affords her the opportunity to help her clients navigate their way through a successful real estate transaction. Lisa has been a Pioneer Valley resident for her whole life, having grown up in Northampton, and having graduated with a B.A. in Art from Smith College. She has now lived in South Hadley for the past 15 years. With strong family connections to the area, Lisa loves all that the Pioneer Valley has to offer, from its cultural and artistic diversity, to its varied scenic landscapes, to its broad sense of community. She gives back to the community through support and participation in organizations like the Western Mass Food Bank and its annual “Will Bike 4 Food” campaign, and to Riverside Industries, which works to empower people with developmental challenges. In her spare time, Lisa travels as much as she can, always eager to experience the cultures and culinary traditions of places far and wide. At home, Lisa endeavors to “save the bees” as an assistant beekeeper at her small apiary (Honey Hollow Apiary). The work is often hard, occasionally painful, but the fruits of the labor are enjoyed by all.
