As the Guest Services Manager at the Keg I have been responsible for opening and closing duties such as making sure the kitchen team, servers and other staff are ready for service. One of my responsibilities is daily cash and banking on a weekly basis. One of my duties is to make sure the staff are properly trained via online and in house and that their files are up to date. I am also responsible for handling complaints.

As the Kitchen Manager I was responsible for all food orders, counts, and monthly corporate numbers. I was in charge of all kitchen staff, scheduling and performance reviews. I often helped in the kitchen on high volume days.

My duties as the bar manager included all liquor, wine and beer ordering, data entry and daily and monthly number counts. One of my duties included keeping and maintaining organization behind one of the larger bars in PG. I also won an award in 2016 for best Franchise Bar.

As the Dining room Manager I was responsible for making the schedule for up to 25 employees in the front of house. I was in charge of training the bussers, hosts and dining room servers. One of my responsibilities was to close the restaurant 5 days a week and to make sure all of the staff have finished their job properly and efficiently.
