Assists all engineers in Generation Engineering Department with their contracts, projects, and data & site analysis.

Encouraged and assisted freshman engineers over a six-week summer program designed to keep minorities in engineering. Assisted and facilitated instruction of Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, and Chemistry I courses. Promoted healthy group dynamic through Team Building Activities in both small and large groups. Monitored and evaluated the performance of STEP UP participants in core engineering classes throughout the remainder of academic year.
