* Budgeting, monitoring and controlling manufacturing cost allocation, AFE Project * Capital & Maintenance Work Program specializing in Ellipse Explore Mincom TM System & Advance Budget System (ABS) * Main responsibilities * Being fully responsible in managing cost & maintaining coordinationamong peers based on project management concepts and practices. * Preparing detailed planning, detailed scheduling, man-power cost * estimate, material purchasing allocation and progress calculation * referring to the related project master plan * Preparing technical standards documentation, specifications, * requisitions and technical calculation based on project specifications, applicable codes & standards * Reporting Budget Comments from Capital Cost, Operating Cost, and Capital expense AFE, Budget Analysis, Cash Flow & Working Capital. * Sound Understanding about Shell Global Solution - Cost Reduction Benchmarking Procedure.

* Maintain datasheet, P&ID of PT Badak NGL Equipment including, * Mechanical, Instrumentation, Rotating equipment And ensure that * the data sheet & drawing established, represent the last condition as * installed in field PT Badak NGL Plant * Improvement ECR (Equipment Critical Rating) of Plant Related Equipment with Maintenance Department Realibility Engineering Group. * With Maintenance Data System team migrating all plant related equipment data from old system Open VMS * MMMS mainframe system to client- server Mincom Ellipse Explorer.

* Design, implementation & Maintenance PT Badak NGL Intranet & Internet System, analyze standard documentation, procedures and WebBase Application system at PT Badak NGL . * Member of Implementation Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) * Maintenance Management * Enterprise Asset Management Module at PT Badak NGL * Improvement & Development * Plant Shutdown Information that used for Monitoring Turn Around Schedule, Day to day Progress, Activity, reporting in chart with real time WebBase Application. * Improvement & Development * Online Log sheet For Storage Loading, Operation Department that use for data entry (such as vibration of motor compressor, temperature, running hour, refrigeration system, lube oil system, inlet/outlet cooling water system, air compressor , turbine expander, etc) of Major Storage Loading Equipment at PT Badak NGL, from paper base to online system.
