I am a Experienced Professional Nurse working in the Neonatal Intensive care unit at Kalafong Tertiary Hospital. I have been there for 5+ yearsI have experience in nursing Mechanical Ventilation, Biaphasic SIPAP, CPAP, Hi-flow and High Frequency Oscillator Ventilation. I have have nursed different Neonatal conditions in the government Hospital and found them very interesting. I also locum privately and have learnt how different sectors work when nursing a Neonate. I'm a mother to an ex premature. This has taught me how to handle parents to neonates has been they too need care. Over the years I have developed leadership in the my career and being a leader to my colleagues. I have good interpersonal skills and communication skills. I interact well with others. I have also learnt to manage my shift which requires me to delegate staffing according to the ward needs; and make decisive decisions.
