At Padnos I was a data driven manager that over the years oversaw several different production departments. I was responsible for hiring and coaching production team members in a variety of roles. I worked on production forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis and direct costs of operations. I was responsible for daily production input, daily maintenance scheduling as well as long term maintenance planning.I utilized downtime trends to come up with corrective actions that would result in decreased downtime and increased production.
