I started my career at TUI as an Apprentice, successfully passing the course with a distinction. Over the years I progressed through the ranks as a Travel Advisor, Assistant Manager and finally Retail Manager. Working in multiple stores around Sussex & Surrey which varied in team size and grade. I was very lucky to make the most of many experience's and opportunities including educational trips and taking on expert roles to widen my skills and knowledge of the business. What I enjoyed the most about about working in TUI Retail was recruiting amazing Travel Advisor's, supporting them through their induction and training so that they could succeed in their roles and most importantly help our customers 'Discover their Smile'.
