* Manage team of two program coordinators in the planning and delivery of a portfolio of custom HBS Executive Education programs. * Outline workflow of programs throughout the year, on-campus, internationally, and virtually by utilizing delegation and resource management. * Build and foster strong relationships with HBS faculty, directors, operations teams and external corporate clients. * Plan and direct activities in order to ensure program/project goals are accomplished within defined scope/time. * Seek best practices to ensure seamless program experiences and maintain the highest level of customer service.
