Daily job includes responsibilities of making the architecture of the application, structuring the code, doing test driven development, automating build process, controlling the continuos integration server (Jenkins), applying native cordova's plugins to bring the native-like user experience for users.

Been working on large client side single page application for health care built on rails. Client was strict about the performance of the application so various techniques were applied to speed up the performance of the application and increase overall user experience including lazy modules and data loading, optimising client side rendering, avoiding layout trashing and DOM reflows.A separate mobile web app was built that provided users the native-like mobile experience using product on mobile devices.Application was built from scratch, so taking part in making the architecture of the client side application was part of my job.Used technologies: Backbone/Marionette, SASS, Rails, Redis, MySQL.

Working on a high traffic(~10M/month visits) project, optimizing and improving website's performance, making it mobile friendly and improving overall user experience.Refactoring old code base and giving it structure with Backbone.js
