Laurisa Davies is currently employed at Capitol Beverage Sales, a Minnesota based beverage distributor. She is the Organizational Development Manager. She has had the opportunity to wear many hats working for a beverage distributor and over the last sixteen years has gained extensive knowledge of the beer and beverage industry. Laurisa Davies graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hamline University and received her MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Phoenix. Her master's thesis concentrated on building executive leadership capacity through change managment and executive coaching. Her interests within the beverage industry include helping wholesalers with change management, leadership development, onboarding, career development, and employee engagement.
