I process payroll for one of the largest contracts at Chenega consisting mostly of NASA Fire and Police employees in multiple states across the country. I also process Payroll for security personnel at the Kwajalein site in the Marshall Islands and CDC locations in Atlanta, GA and Ft Collins, CO as well as other various small contracts in multiple states. I currently use CostPoint/Deltek and Valiant/Vision. In addition to payroll duties, I process union and pension reports for several unions that represent the employees that work on these contracts. I work closely with HR and our Payroll Operations Manager to make sure the unions are set up correctly and are being processed appropriately. I also document various processes within the payroll department and help maintain the payroll process library.
