Corresponds with customer inquiries regarding recently closed or transferred loans. Work closely with the title and insurance companies regarding escrow and hazard insurance. Process and verify credit disputes from TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. Process mortgage payments through Pulte’s Bill Matrix system. Generate monthly billing statements, Welcome letters for new borrowers, late payment notices and reminder letters. Run renewal reports for insurance billing. Complete Payoff request and process paid in full letters. Delinquent reporting on past due accounts to FHA, FNMA, VA and Freddie Mac, for reporting purposes. Process Premium refunds to be applied back to the escrow accounts. Disburse payments on hazard insurance to ensure premium is current. Send out payment change letter on account where payments have either increased or decreased.
