She leads a team of experts with 20+ years of experience in operational excellence, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and innovation best practices. Firefly Consulting has been awarded one of the “Top Women-Owned Businesses” in Austin, Texas, by the Austin Business Journal every year since 2014Additionally, she is on the faculty of the Acton MBA in Entrepreneurship where she teaches Operations.Prior to founding Firefly, Kimberly was a Partner with Accenture Management Consulting in the Process and Innovation Performance practice area. Previously, Kimberly was a Vice President with George Group Consulting. She has led multiple Lean Six Sigma programs with Fortune 500 companies, including a global deployment that generated over $1B in savings. Her first book, Fast Innovation (McGraw-Hill, 2005), hit Business Week’s Top 10 Business Booklist.
