Supervising and Managing Electrical Maintenance Supervisors (Process Train Supervisor, Utilities Supervisor, Storage & Loading Supervisor, Overhaul & Workshop Supervisor, PM&PdM Supervisor and Plant Support Facilities Supervisor). Advisor of Electrical Maintenance for all Plant Maintenance Activities (Work Order, Technical Recommendation, Spare Part Management and monitoring, Overhaul program, PM & PdM execution and evaluation) Creating, Managing and Monitoring Contract of Electrical Maintenance with 3rd Party. Propose Budget, Manage and Execute Work Program of Electrical Maintenance. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Etc.

Reporting to Facilities & Project Engineering Manager. Supervising five strong Electrical Engineers. Providing technical supports to Operation and Maintenance Department. Related to Electrical System & Equipment, Maintenance Management. Mentoring, managed the workforce, reviewed, revised and approved technical documents. Conducting Reliability Analysis of Electrical Equipment and System (RCM, RAM Analysis, Spare Part Analysis, Failure Rate Analysis)

Review and determine the criticality rating, bad actor equipment, especially Electrical Equipment to be analyzed and perform plant reliability assessment based on Reliability concept (e.g. RCM, RBM, FMEA etc.) Review the existing procedure for monitoring, inspection and repairing of electrical equipment, and recommend or improved the existing procedures based on data, standards and engineering judgments, in order to obtain the applicable procedure, effective and auditable to be implemented by the executor and increase Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of electrical equipment. Design, create and propose Maintenance Program for short-term and long-term related with plant reliability and sustainability improvement. Monitor and evaluate the proposed program to be well implemented.

As Plant Contact Engineer by giving recommendation, valid data for electrical system at Plant and to ensure all electrical equipments at Plant working as specification and requirement. Perform investigation, analysis, simulation and technical recommendation for troubleshooting related electrical equipment especialy for critical equipment to prevent unsafe and loss production. As Project Engineer by perform the project as Project Procedure guideline starting from study, propose budget, create engineering package, contracts, supervision material procurement, field supervision as QA/QC and budget controling
