I am trying to discover and live my vision - Apple Tree My vision is to be like an Apple Tree on the way side. I want to strive my best efforts to use the love showered by Nature, in the form of sunshine, rain, soil, insects, and try to grow the best of apples that I can in the time window that Nature decides to shower me with that grace. I am currently Business Model Accelerator Partner Startup Powered by Bosch. Our team is working on Mental Health well being and holistic health approaches.

* In Philips Research Asia-Bangalore, I am involved with a variety of interesting activities related to healthcare for emerging markets. Currently I am working on Audio Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition and Pattern Classification.

* I was a PhD candidate at the MEM Research Center, Institute of Surgical Technology and Biomechanics, University of Bern, working on Medical Image Analysis for Computer Assistance in Orthopaedic Surgery (CAOS). I worked under the guidance of Prof. Martin Styner, Dr. Miguel Gonzalez and Prof. Lutz Nolte. I was working on the problem of reconstruction of 3D surface data, of anatomical body parts such as the thigh bone (femur), the knee, etc, from extremely sparse surface information. * I joined Amrita University as Assistant Professor. I continued my research primarily in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Image Analysis areas. I ventured into Biomedical Devices and healthcare technologies. I was associated with MHRD funded research projects - Vocational Training using Haptics.
