Just moved to India on an International Secondment with HSBC with a great opportunity to create a new function to provide commercial and business finance support to the Global Service Delivery division of the Group. The role spans across the Group building networks in all major geographies and functions.

Lead business finance role providing commercial support to PFS business (incl, pricing, profitability analysis, & planning). Pioneered key projects from finance perspective to incl first ever January sale in Banking segment, launching fee banking proposition, segment profitability, competitor analysis.

* Country CFO role with full Directorship responsibility for the offshore bank that has branches in various parts of the world. Director of various subsidiaries domiciled in Jersey. An "end to end" country CFO role accountable for the regulatory, tax, statutory reporting * financial control * strategy * commercial support * planning and profitability of the Bank. Led a change program in the Finance function involving people, processes & commercial engagement to ensure the function is operating to the high standards expected from the global "HSBC Premier" brand. Led the commercial decision making process on critical areas of the Bank such as product development, pricing and strategic cost management. These were during a high growth period as well as the recent global financial downturn.
