Preparation & Finalization of weekly and monthly MIS.• Asset capitalization & maintain Asset records.• Confirm that all potential provisions and expenses are recorded on a monthly basis.• Prepare the documents / schedules for audit & co-ordinate with internal and external Auditors. • Preparation of GST return report & GST Reconciliation.• Purchase invoice booking day to day basis.• Accounting journal vouchers, Asset bills, and Import bills.• Making vendor payment and vendor account reconciliation.• Preparation and booking of debit and credit note.• Preparation sales invoices & scrap invoice. • Accounting customer payments receipts into system.• Making customer account reconciliation.• Customer new PO amendment updated in system & raise debit and credit note.• Preparation of debtor aging & sending outstanding statements. • Booking Sales return by analyzing of reason for rejection / return. • Co-ordination with customer for timely collection of payment.
