I worked as a Senior iOS Developer at Dynata where I rewrote the existing Obj-C code base in Swift and implemented a clean modern architecture while refactoring the code. I also developed custom CocoaPods, which made it easier for multiple apps to share reusable components. To streamline the deployment process of both the iOS and Android apps, I created a suite of scripts.I worked closely with a REST backend to get data to and from the client app and helped with the development of backend features using Java that the client apps consumed. To keep management and the team updated on the current sprint progress, I practiced SCRUM. I also used JIRA and Asana to keep track of project progress and team tasks. To streamline the deployment process, I used GIT, Team City, and Fastlane.Overall, my time at Dynata was a valuable experience where I gained expertise in iOS development, backend integration, and project management while utilizing various tools and technologies.

Responsible for development and maintenance of Docs To Go iOS and Android. I added great features to both of the mobile apps, such as the UIDocument Picker for the iOS app and In App Purchases for the Android app. These are just some examples of the features that I worked on. In addition I fixed numerous of small and big bug that were either found by our users or internally. While working on Docs To Go I gained a lot of experience with GIT and Perforce. Later on at I transitioned into web development with Ruby on Rails. I learned a lot about web development and the programming languages that are used for it. For example, Ruby, Javascript, HTML, CSS, HAML, Jquery and many others. I got to work with GitHub and SourceTree and GIT to manage the project.

I was one of four mobile software developers at FltPlan. Working with both iOS and Android I got the chance to design and develop some great features for both apps. For example for the Android FltPlan app I designed and developed the "Map View" feature of the app. This allowed pilots to track their plane in real time and show them a breadcrumb of their flight. For the iOS version I implemented a ADS-b feature which is a powerful GPS system that communicated with the app and gave the pilot real time GPS and weather data.
