I Planned and scheduled work required to process personal automobile claims and commercial automobile claims. I Investigated claims by interviewing the claimants and witnesses, consulting police and hospital records, and inspecting property damage to determine how much the company should pay for the loss. I gathered information including photographs and statements, either written, or recorded audio or video. Updated all info in a report that is then used to evaluate the claim. When the policyholder's claim is approved, I also negotiated with the claimant to settle the claim.
