As the Supply Chain Lead for the Crizotinib clinical trials program at Pfizer, I program manage the global Clinical Supply Chain activities associated with the provision of Crizotinib supplies for Pfizer clinical trials, grants, compassionate use and collaborations. These activities span API and drug product planning, forecasting, manufacturing, quality release, regulatory release, import/export, distribution and dispensation of supplies to patients at global clinical sites in over 50 countries. I manage and coordinate these activities as the leader of a matrix supply chain project team comprised of various supply chain work streams. I have lead the Crizotinib supply chain project team since April2009 during which time the team has delivered supplies for multiple Phase1-3 clinical studies, Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) grants, compassionate use requests.
