The duties and responsibilities, that I have to deliver being a responsible Business Executive, while handling my customer with are:1-Exceeding or meeting personal sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.2-Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key clients.3-Developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.4-Providing inputs, creative solutions, and ideas to the management team of DIA’33 offerings.5-Assisting sales plans and completing quarterly and monthly reports as required by immediate supervisors.6-Participating in industry events and conferences as and when instructed by CEO.7-Assisting and prioritizing sales leads prepared by the Marketing department, developing new accounts through analyzing, exploring, networking, and referrals.8-Qualifying leads for follow-up by senior executives of company.9-Renewing existing accounts of clients with increased levels of service and pricing.10-Working with existing clients in finding opportunities for user groups or additional services.11-Working with Marketing team and Sales Director to provide ideas about new outbound market sales.
