Responsibilities:• Guide staff to manage their performance efficiently, and monitor staff performance to ensure proper functioning.• Supervising staff and daily activities.• Handling daily and monthly reports.• Make suggestions for productivity improvements.• Create and submit reports to senior management.• Constantly work to improve processes.• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.• Train and evaluate new workers.• Ensure that new employees are properly inducted to their duties and responsibilities• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.• Help employees create project timelines and deadlines.• Resolve conflict within groups.• Liaise with recruiting agencies and maintain information on personnel sources.• Prepare and update relevant financial documentation as required.• Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests.• Collect and arrange all payments to all suppliers• Ensure all invoices have been settled.• Field supervision.• Performs other assignments as required.
