As a mentor, I teach student entrepreneurs how to pitch their businesses to a panel of investors while mentoring students on their business plans, business models, presentations, langind pages, etc. At Draper University, I also co-developed a pitch workshop that we teach at Draper University as well as networking events.

As an EDSON ambassador, I was tasked with reaching out to student entrepreneurs and helping them launch their ventures through business plan competitions. To reach out to these students, I was responsible for tabling around the ASU campus, posting signs throughout ASU, and giving class presentations. While working on site, I organized data into spreadsheets and researched opportunities for student entrepreneurs to take part in.

Created partnerships with corporations, universities, governments, and startups in order to foster collaboration and innovation. Some of my responsibilities included organizing data into spreadsheets, reaching out to potential partners, giving tours of the facility, and overseeing purchases of office necessities. While working at NestGSV, I also aided in the successful soft launch of the company.

As an associate, I was responsible for supporting our mentor community via HelpScout (email) and Slack, processing mentor payments for hundreds of mentors on a monthly basis, and helping out with special projects. During my time as an associate, I achieved a 100% satisfaction rate while keeping an SLA of 13 hours. As an associate, I also worked on cross-functional projects such as our annual Springboard Rise Conference, mentor payments, and exeperimentation with internal metrics.

As a contractor for the Startup Relations Manager position, I helped GSVLabs bring startups into the community. To do this, I reached out to high quality startups through emails, events, and phone calls and created relationships with the founders. I used tools such as Insightly and RelateIQ in order to keep track of pipelines and contacts. During my time at GSVLabs, I was successful in signing numerous startups to desk space as well as small offices and I also helped with planning and executing regular events that include the annual holiday party, art show, and hackathons. In my role as an Operations Manager, I was responsible for hiring and maintaining high-quality mentors for our Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Date Engineering career tracks. In addition to hiring these mentors, I was responsible for training these mentors and ensuring that they performed at a high level against our KPIs. Some of these KPIs included high call ratings, student outcomes (graduation and student placements), and mentor satisfaction with NPS.As a tenured member of the operations team, I also contributed to the hiring process of team members and trained and onboarded new team members. With my co‐founder I built RecCheck, which is a mobile app for organizing and discovering local pickup games. As the CEO, my main tasks include fundraising, business development, social media, marketing, vision, business strategy, partnerships, recruiting / hiring, revenue projections, and goal setting. Since starting RecCheck, I've raised $25,000 from an angel investor and graduated from the OneTraction accelerator program located in San Francisco.
