Marketing Manager, responsible for the planning and execution of multiple monthly concurrent direct email marketing campaigns including follow up and first point of contact for initial sales meeting and introduction to new customers -Responsible for building and maintaining the company’s CRM (Zoho) with potential prospects.

* Responsible for the day-to-day contractual relationships * Provide ongoing guidance on strategy across multiple client projects * Present D3s creative ideation to executive leadership * Manage third party print vendor relationships and timelines * Review client profit margins and strategize ways to assure accounts remain profitable based on hourly rates through weekly meetings with D3’s VP of Marketing Services * Create and review SOWs for contractual agreements across clients

* Communicate daily with marketing operations to develop marketing and creative strategy, implement and deliver timely creative briefs * Review briefs prior to passing to internal creative team, aligning all campaign goals and timelines * Manage daily internal stand-ups between AMs, PMs and Creative Team, to align on resource allocation and assure client work was delivered efficiently * Conduct status meetings with clients to review status of 10-20 recurring weekly projects
