Taught two lab sections of Petroleum Seismology (GEOP-421).Included extensive use of Matlab for modeling the wave equation, taught to display and guide interpretation of individual gathers (such as different wave types/noise as a function of frequency) and ultimately overseeing a final project such that the students produced their Golden data set after applying processing from said guidance.

Designed a "rule" book to be used in-house by EP Energy when using Artificial Neural Networks (machine learning algorithms) coupled with a Genetic Algorithm in Petrel (Shale Analytics). Non-public (Schlumberger) algorithm. Numerous production prediction maps were produced using seismic attributes for an asset team to be used in future drilling locations. These were generated without the help of a service company.
