With the exit of the former SVP of Engineering, Ken additionally took on the budgetary and Rue Management Team responsibilities of the Head of Engineering for the company.

Engineer in Core Security's Enterprise division, responsible for the data transaction layer as well as Core's "Think Like An Attacker" AI platform and heuristics. Designed and developed the world's first commercial Attacker, that takes feeds of vulnerability and network information then determines optimum points of attack into a network. The Attacker can also live exploit these machines, pivot to the next machine in the chain and then provide a report enumerating the successes and failures. We're working with python/django, backbone/marrionette, Android/java and IOS/swift in an Agile/Scrum environment. We leverage redis, nginx, and elastic to serve a blazing fast experience to our members. We're also dealing with some really interesting technology issues with the burst traffic nature of our sales and the amount of mobile retail we engage in, and walking the razor's edge between performance and personalization.

Ken was responsible for software development at the retail technology company. He was the most passionate about driving/delivering a clean mobile/web experience and leveraging years of data combined in a way that could be useful to consumers. He was also the business owner for personalization and leveraging data science/analytics across the business, to drive an ecosystem of data driven decision making across a multitude of groups/stakeholders.

Director of Engineering for CORE Insight Enterprise. Worked closely with our partnership program with external vendors, determined integration points, trained external sales and engineering personnel, and worked with sales to deploy joint solutions. Worked on defining features to extend Insight's data mining capabilities, and worked with product management to have them be a reality. Developed technical and functional requirements for cloud and big data deployments, and worked with engineers/dev managers closely on the design.
